As we move into the new energy, as we release old outmoded roles, as we let go of struggle and drama, we begin to feel a new way of being and living.
There is initially a feeling of boredom, of being a little bit lost because we are taking on a new consciousness. There is the temptation to invite drama in to get that feeling of being alive. Yet we no longer feel as comfortable with drama and struggle. But when it does seep into our life, we recognize that drama takes different forms. It can come in as a relationship issue or health and personal emotional issues.
As we ascend issues will come up to be cleared, which may manifest as a crisis, but note the distinction: If there seems to be continuous chaos and the same ‘issue’ keeps surfacing, then maybe it’s time to look at drama. Drama is there often as a distraction, as an ‘infusion’ of energy because at certain points in the ascension process there is the ‘void’ where seemingly nothing is happening on the surface of life. Drama serves as a false way to ‘feel alive.’
If something has happened and you wonder why it’s there in your life, often it serves a larger ‘purpose’ created by you.
Keeping yourself tired, sick and broke can serve a purpose. Then you have an excuse for not allowing others to feed off of you. Because if you’re tired for example, you can’t keep giving and giving your energy away. You have to give it to yourself. If you’re broke, you certainly can’t give money, which is just energy, away. You need it for your own survival. Maybe there’s a fear that if you had boundless energy and endless money flowing, you would feel pressured to give give give.
So, you find “acceptable “excuses to lay low, to detach, and to pull in your resources. People with wealth are often pulled on by friends, relatives, charities, etc., to give give give. Guilt is often used to manipulate them. It can be energetically and financially draining. Giving is wonderful, but often it is done from a place of pressure, guilt, and obligation. Giving and receiving needs to be in balance but it often is not.
All too often we allow others to deplete our resources because they have not learned to give to themselves, to be whole and complete. So there is feeding. But, the question is, why are you allowing that? Old beliefs and patterns, “Tis better to give than to receive”… Did the church leaders convey that little “truth” to make sure that the Sunday basket was overflowing?
As light workers especially, we seem to draw to us the needy, the walking wounded, because of our compassion and our light. But also because we defined ourselves as the world’s caregivers. Holders of energy. We feel their pain and want to heal them.
This will not work in the new energy. In fact it never did work. Jesus did not truly heal anyone. He just allowed his balanced presence to provide them with the opportunity to heal themselves. It’s what we are all beginning to do now.
Whatever stage of Ascension you are at, just know that you do not need to make it any harder than it already is with adding more drama or self-inflicted struggle and hardship. We light workers are the last generation of doing it hard. The young ones coming in will not need to go through it the way we did. It’s not in their DNA thank goodness.
We as new energy pioneers take a certain amount of pride in the journey being hard. Remember your dad or granddad telling stories of, “why in my day we had to walk to school 10 miles with heavy knapsacks”. Well we kind of like telling our ascension stories of struggle too. But our grandkids will have a good laugh like we did with our own grandfathers and fathers.
But, in the new energy we are relinquishing our horror stories and we are awakening to the truth that we get to choose all of it – the struggle, the ease or something in between. What do you choose?
In the new energy serving humanity means being in loving service to self… caring for self, nurturing self and doing what brings you joy. It is teaching by example not through just words. New energy is not just a metaphor. It is new and it is energy!
We are beyond the personal struggle to find God. The search has ended.
