There are so many theories out there about what kind of foods and diets are best for the light body process that we are undergoing, and they contradict each other. Some contend that a high protein diet is necessary in order to move into light body, because our body needs muscle mass. They go on to say that animal protein is best. Another tells us that organic vegetarian is best because our bodies are becoming more light. A recent article encouraged large amounts of sugar.
So, what do we do with all this information?
It’s actually simple. Trust your body. If it feels good then it is. If your body is craving certain foods, listen to it. And that can and will change sometimes from day to day, or hour to hour. For myself, there are days I crave a fresh arugula salad with some chicken or fish, and another time I will want eggs, or red meat. Sometimes I enjoy those blended soups. But I notice for myself, I need animal protein every day, whether it is in the form of fish, chicken, beef, eggs, cheese, yoghurt. And I like my cereals and milk, especially in the evening. And let us not forget some good chocolate!
I AM NOT WHAT I EAT, BUT I AM WHAT I BELIEVE
Even science is beginning to recognize that consciousness has a profound effect on matter, especially on our own bodies. That our beliefs, our emotions can affect our health and well being. So if we apply that to the question of what should we be eating during our ascension process, here is what we can say. We can say that how we feel when we are preparing our food, and how we are enjoying eating that food have to be taken into account. And what our beliefs are about the foods we ingest are important. Do we believe that meat is bad for us? Do we believe that anything but organic is bad for us?
Our body does better with pure, unprocessed foods, but not if we are believing that we are not healthy to begin with. If we believe in our basic good health, we could have a diet that others would consider unhealthy but we would thrive. As we move more into light body, we will probably not consume as much food because light will become our nourishment, we will be taking more nourishment from Spirit. But meanwhile it’s best to just trust our feelings in the moment as to what best serves our body. So regimes and diets are not helpful.
Our bodies are designed to process whatever foods are available to it, and to break it down and metabolize it, but the body also unquestioningly accommodates whatever state of consciousness we are iñ.
If you consistently tell your body it’s not well, it will fulfill that for you.
Many of us in the later stages of ascension have been dealing with physical illnesses we may have inherited, and, even if they have been resident for awhile, these are just temporary as they move through and out of our bodies. Sometimes we blame these conditions on the foods we have been eating or other outside factors, but that just gets us playing the health game.
This also applies to the array of food supplements some are ingesting. If the belief in them is strong enough, then they will have some benefit. But in the new energy, we become acutely aware of how our consciousness creates our reality. And with that understanding, we realize that we don’t necessarily need to do too much to maintain good health.
Becoming the master is all about mastering our consciousness. It’s about taking full responsibility for our creations, with self love and compassion. It’s about feeling plugged into life fully from our soul self and our human self, which are becoming one.
And, in that relationship, what’s the point of eating if we are not fully enjoying that process?
So, go get something yummy to eat!!
