As many of you know, I love frequenting a local Starbucks for what I like to call my morning ritual. Over time I found the one I like most. As we know, all Starbucks are not created equal. They may all look similar, but each one has its own energy signature.
The staff is friendly, and as I observe them over time, I notice they are a close-knit group and seem to enjoy working together. Of course that trickles down to the customer. We can sense those things and it can make for a much more welcoming experience.
I always say, one of the most important relationships in life is the one with your barista.
So one morning one of the young male baristas was pouring my dark roast. He had been part of the staff there for awhile. He was friendly, and seemed to enjoy working with the others. We exchanged our usual pleasantries and he asked, “room for cream?” after which I proceeded to say, “Yes, ma’am!” Continue reading
Sometimes we are so physically and emotionally ‘shell-shocked’ from this integration process that we can’t see the beauty of this embodied enlightenment.
How we are literally creating a new reality, right here within an old, dualistic one. And this new realty never existed before – in which opposites come together. The human and the eternal self. We are still surrounded by a very dense, and often harsh 3D reality but we are becoming less and less subject to its influences, even to its physics. Yes, we are beginning to defy physics itself! As I sit here at a cafe sipping my Gold Coast, I notice an elderly man in a wheelchair, on his own too. I feel a deep honor and compassion for him. For the road he is traveling can’t be an easy one.
So there is also that part of me, as a woman, that feels compelled to talk to him, make him feel cared for and loved. But now I am becoming more aware that those feelings, as powerful as they are, as much as it feels like it’s in my DNA, those ARE NOT MINE!
I am becoming more and more aware that there is also another part of me that doesn’t need to nurture. It is not my job to nurture the male because he may or may not feel lost or abandoned by the feminine.
At this point doing so just thwarts my light body and ascension process. Continue reading
