Enjoying Our Sovereignty

Those of us on the forefront of ascension, enlightenment, realization, whatever name you want to give it….are coming to understand that we are sovereign beings.  That we are the creators of our experiences. As sovereign beings we dance with our Soul as we allow her to create the deeper rhythms in our life, such as our health, our financial abundance and our joy. So everything we need and desire is within our SELF.

Home Movies And the Sweet Nectar of Wisdom

So I’ve been creating a few short home movies using old photos and videos supplied mostly by my brother.  He’s a history buff, at least, history that dates back to the 1950s going forward.  I’m so grateful to him for preserving so many wonderful memories.  As most of you know, I’m not much for the memories.

Patterns in the New Energy – A Closer Look

 

Patterns, familiar ways of experiencing reality, have been deeply entrenched in the human over eons of time.  In a seemingly uncertain world, patterns of behavior give us a sense of safety.  Predictability is essential for our physical and mental health. Patterns that the Planet follows, that Mother Nature follows, that society and culture, and our own family follows give us a sense of equanimity.  Even if some of those patterns are not in our best interest.
