How do you know if you are connected to your Soul? It’s simple….by how you feel. If you are feeling joy, you are absolutely connected. It’s your inner GPS. So, as best as you can, follow the joy.
Don’t hold anyone, living or dead, in higher esteem than YOURSELF.
The only conspiracy to really worry about is the mind falling under the spell of its own self-deception.
A person’s attitude and behavior toward women tells me everything I need to know about them.
I am not willing to hurt myself anymore by indulging in emotions that are not very uplifting. There are wounded parts of ourselves that need to be healed. But they don’t become healed by acting and feeling as if they are our truth.
THE GREATEST CHANGE, ACTUALLY THE ONLY REAL CHANGE.....COMES FROM SELF-LOVE. SELF-ACCEPTANCE. THAT'S THE NEW SPIRITUAL REVOLUTION. IT'S THE MOST CHALLENGING THING A HUMAN BEING WILL EVER DO. YET, ONLY FROM THERE WILL WE SEE ANY TRUE CHANGE IN THE REST OF THE WORLD. IN OUR COMMUNITIES, IN OUR GOVERNMENTS. IT FILTERS OUT EVERYWHERE. NOT OVERNIGHT. BUT REALLY, WHAT'S THE RUSH?

Those of us who chose embodied enlightenment are not here to look at the world with rose colored glasses, or to just think happy thoughts. We are here to fall in love with ourselves. To do that we have learned that the love we are experiencing includes all the 'negative' thoughts. So we are learning how to work with the light and the dark. We see the 'dark' in the world as those parts of humanity that have not yet embraced and accepted their own shadow. Very few humans are adept at working with the light and the dark within themselves. But until they do, there will never be true peace and co-operation.
This blog is for those who are devoted to their embodied enlightenment. It's not for those who are just dabbling in spirituality. This blog is not for those who believe they need to hold energies for the planet, or for mankind. It's not for those who just want to feel the energies here and not do the inner work. That work being to fall in love with themselves. This blog is for those courageous and outrageous souls who are ready to claim their freedom.
YOU, OLD SOUL, CAME INTO THIS LIFETIME WITH SO MUCH PASSION, SO MUCH ENTHUSIASM AND HOPE, BECAUSE YOU KNEW THAT THIS LIFETIME WAS SPECIAL, AND YOU WERE SO READY TO BE IN THE FOREFRONT OF A MAJOR TRANSFORMATION INTO NEW ENERGY. YOU DIDN'T EXPECT TO BE MET WITH SO MUCH RESISTANCE FROM THE WORLD AROUND YOU, SO YOU PUT YOUR CHRIST SEED AWAY...THE TIME WASN'T YET RIGHT....UNTIL A FEW YEARS AGO. NOW THAT CHRIST SEED IS UNFOLDING AND SOON YOU WILL FEEL THAT ORIGINAL PASSION ONCE AGAIN. REJOICE IN THAT KNOWLEDGE.
You are the one at the forefront of these changes in consciousness, so you are the final authority on what is best for you in every now moment. And when I say you, I mean you and your divine self.
Stop trying to change your programming, or your beliefs. Just invite your inner being, your soul, your divine nature, whatever you want to call it, to be with you as intimately as you are comfortable. Then you will naturally gravitate toward those feelings of peace, passion, expansion, carefree-ness, self-worth and adventure. That's freedom.
The quickest way to transform any stuck energy is to just be O.K. with being stuck.
If you are feeling spirit in your body, that feeling of expansiveness and unbridled joy, even for just moments at a time.....own it! Very, very few humans can get to that point without ingesting substances into their body. In those moments you are literally high on life!
If you found your way to this site, and you resonate with it, you are an awakening human. As an awakening human, any creative form you participate in is imbued with the new energy, because you are of the new energy. That form can be art, music, writing, planting a garden, starting a business, knitting a sweater, you name it. It contains your radiance, your essence. And it's not about being perfect at it, it's about enjoying it and hopefully sharing it on some level. Your soul essence wants to express. It's why you're here. It's why I'm here. So go and express!

The art of allowing. Here is an example of allowing. Say you have a physical condition or disease that’s troubling to you.
Can you just allow it to be released? Without trying to analyze or figure it out? That means, it doesn’t matter when or where it originated. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve had it. It doesn’t matter what stage it is. It doesn’t matter what doctors say about it.
It doesn’t matter what you have thought about it or what you think about it now. It doesn’t matter how much resistance you have had around it. None of that matters.
And it especially doesn’t matter if it seems to be getting worse.
None of it matters. All that matters is that you allow it to be released. Not by willing it, by forcing it, not by manipulating it, not by thinking about it. Just make the choice and then step out of the way, dear human. And just allow. Even if you’re not sure who you’re allowing or what you’re allowing.
It doesn’t even matter what you believe or not believe about this condition.
It actually doesn’t matter what you believe, it just matters that you allow.
